How to Steam

There is nothing as easy as steaming little neck clams. All you need is a microwave and plate. Scrub the clams with a stiff brush and rinse them well. Place them on the plate. Microwave the clams until their shells open. Once the shells are open they are done. Really, it’s that simple.
