Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

• 3-4 medium cucumbers
  
• 1 teaspoon salt
  
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion rings
  
• 1 cup vinegar
  
• 1/2 cup white sugar
  
• 1/2 tablespoon celery seed
  

Wash cucumbers; slice thinly and peel.

Combine onions and seasonings.

Mix together vinegar and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
