VEGETABLE SOUP

1 – 1 ½ lbs beef cubes, cut into small pieces.
Wash cubes and put in a big pot w/ 4” of water.
Cook for about 1 hr on med heat.
Add: 3 pints of chopped tomatoes, ½ -1 head of cabbage cut up,
1 bag of carrots, peeled and cut up, and lima beans if desired.
Cook 30 more minutes.
Add white potatoes, sweet potatoes and macaroni.
Cook until everything seems done.
Add corn and peas.
Cook until soup bubbles.
