How to Cook
Bring large pot of water to a boil. Clean corn and place in boil water. Cook 6 mins.

How to Freeze
Work with small amounts of corn at a time. Clean corn. Blanc corn ears for 4 mins and immediately place in cold water. Corn not thoroughly chilled may become mushy. Cut corn off the cob. Put in freezer containers and freeze.

Corn Pudding

  • 2 c cooked corn
  • 1 TBS flour
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 3 TBS sugar
  • ¾ c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ stick butter
Put all ingredients into a blender for 10 sec on high.
Pour into greased 8X8 dish.
Bake 45 mins at 375 degrees.
